DELIVERY RATES (per address):

TORONTO

From $9 - Front door delivery only- does not include photo proof, by 8pm.

$14 - Delivery by Good Foot Delivery -guaranteed by 5pm

GTA/ON/QC

  • Flat rate $18
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $85 (up to $400)

CANADA

  • Flat rate $35
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over $175 (up to $400)

DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Local Pick-Up Pick-ups are available from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, we are located in Midtown, close to Mount Pleasant. To reserve your time, email hello@carolinasbrownies.com or text 647-9217065.
  • Local Delivery -Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, we can't guarantee a specific delivery time and we will select the best delivery service to ship your goodies - Trexity or UPS/Purolator.
  • 5pm Guaranteed Delivery - Good Foot Delivery offers delivery by 5pm guaranteed. From Monday to Friday. 
  • Canada-wide Shipping We ship products Canada wide using 1-4 days shipping by UPS, FedEx and Purolator.
  • Deliveries outside GTA are shipped from Monday to Wednesday only to keep our brownies fresh.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is available with Canada Post. 

DELIVERY POLICY

THERE IS NO INSURANCE FOR FOOD DELIVERY BY ANY COURIER COMPANY, FOR THIS REASON WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY DELIVERY. 

Please double check the shipping address and have a safe, cool place for the courier to leave your package, protected from the weather and animals, if you are not home to receive it. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS AND/OR PACKAGES DAMAGED BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE TO RECEIVE THEM AND THEY WERE LEFT OUTSIDE. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

To change or cancel an order, please call 647-9217065 ASAP. You have 2 hours to cancel your order and we will send your refund, minus any Shopify fees.
