Refund policy

We're passionate about what we do and we want you to be completely satisfied with your brownies. If, for any reason at all, you aren’t 100% happy please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Guaranteed Delivery: You can rest assured that you will get your brownies! We ship with tracking and use 1-day delivery and have 100% success rate. In the rare case of a misplaced box, we will send a replacement asap. You can contact us at hello@carolinasbrownies.com. if your box hasn't arrived or was damaged during shipping. 

Exceptions: We will not refund packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please double check the information before sending in! 

Refunds:Given the perishable nature of our brownies, we do not accept returns. If you have any issue with your order, please email hello@carolinasbrownies.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
