Hi! I am Carolina

I’m the baker and founder of Carolina’s Brownies.

I am a fourth-generation baker and I learned everything about baking with my family in Brazil, then trained in NYC before landing in Canada.

My goal when I bake, is to bring joy to your day with every delicious bite.

Every batch I make is rooted in flavour, family, and purpose, a portion of my sales are donated to programs that support children and youth with disabilities.

When you order from us, you are ordering from a small family business that gives back to the community.
