I’m Carolina—a fourth-generation baker, pastry chef, and founder of Carolina’s Brownies. I learned to bake with my family in Brazil, then trained in NYC before landing in Canada. Every batch I make is rooted in flavour, family, and purpose, a portion of my sales are donated to programs that support children and youth with disabilities.
